Tilicho's Bed & Yoga is In the heart of a very quiet village in the south west of France. It is a place to relax, visit the surroundings and take care of yourself. You can explore Béarn, the Basque Country as well as the Pyrénées and the Atlantic Ocean which are both only an hour's drive away. The towns of Navarrenx and Hôpital Saint Blaise, on the Camino de Compostela, are just a few minutes away.
