Through different tools, I invite you to find and realise who you truly are. It is both very simple because you already are what you are looking for: CONSCIOUSNESS (light is at the core of all beings and all things). It is also difficult because to REALISE who you are, you need to BE CONSCIOUS not only of your inner light but also of your ego, as it often prevents to put the light on "here and now" and embrace the present moment as it is.
